1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 Single Account Restriction

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with php36. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of all bets, and forfeiture of all balances including deposits and winnings. php36 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. You must immediately notify php36 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

php36 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from major Philippine financial institutions including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Security Bank, and Union Bank. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum deposit limits vary based on account verification level and payment method. php36 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum and maximum limits, and processing times at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly and reflected in your account balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take one to two (1-2) business hours during banking hours. php36 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their standard transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your php36 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds from illegal activity. php36 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension, deposit refund, and termination of your account.

3.4 Currency

All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). php36 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and any deposits made in currencies other than PHP will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates with applicable conversion fees deducted.

4. Withdrawals and Cashouts

4.1 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Players may withdraw funds to the same payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya accounts are typically processed within fifteen to thirty (15-30) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times represent php36's internal processing period and do not include additional time required by payment processors or financial institutions to credit funds to your account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500). Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on account verification level, ranging from PHP 50,000 per transaction for basic accounts to PHP 500,000 or higher for fully verified VIP accounts. php36 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits, processing times, and accepted methods at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

php36 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. The full requested withdrawal amount will be transferred to your designated payment method. However, your payment provider or financial institution may apply their standard receiving or processing fees, which are beyond php36's control.

4.4 Identity Verification and KYC Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, php36 requires Players to complete identity verification procedures in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You must provide copies of valid government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being declined and account access potentially restricted.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements if bonus funds or promotional offers have been claimed. You must wager the deposited amount at least one time (1x) before withdrawing to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. php36 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that appear suspicious, violate these Terms and Conditions, or suggest money laundering or fraudulent activity.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

php36 reserves the right to exclude any Player from promotional offers at any time and for any reason, including suspected abuse, violation of terms, or restriction to specific player segments. 6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the php36 platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer streaming to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Players are prohibited from using any software, tools, bots, or strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain unfair advantage. 6.3 Game Malfunctions

All game malfunction voids all pays and plays. You agree to accept php36's determination of affected bets and appropriate resolution.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the alleged error occurring. php36 will investigate all legitimate disputes and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. php36's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

All content on the php36 platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of php36 or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from php36.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, php36 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless php36 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the platform; (b) your breach of these Terms and Conditions; (c) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (d) your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property or privacy rights.

12. Account Closure and Termination

php36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, prolonged inactivity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the platform. php36 will return any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds or amounts determined to result from violation of these terms) to your registered payment method following deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. You must withdraw all funds before account closure, as php36 is not responsible for maintaining closed account balances.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

php36 reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notification, or prominent website notice. Your continued use of php36 services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of php36 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.

16. Entire Agreement
